2.) No landscaping needed! Regardless of the winter weather in your area (from snow to just cooler temperatures) landscaping in the winter is low key. This puts less pressure on curb appeal. However if you have snow, be sure to clear a path to the front door! 

3.) Buyers have time off! With all of the winter holidays, most buyers have lots of vacation time from their jobs. This leaves them plenty of free time to house hunt. 

4.) Less Homes On the Market! Spring and Summer tend to have the highest volume of homes on the market. This means that there are less homes on the market during the winter months. So your home will receive more attention from active buyers! 

5.) The Internet has changed house hunting! Gone are the days of driving around in your car searching for the perfect new home! The bulk of house hunting these days is done from a home computer or smart phone. This means that hopefully home buyers can home search from the warmth of their living room.
