Let's Get Ready To Party!
With weather in the mid-70's , it is the perfect time for a block party! Head down to Downtown Sumner at the Main & Ryan intersection on Saturday May 20th for a block party to officially kick off summer! This event, hosted by Sumner Main Street Association, will run from 12-6pm. The streets will be closed to traffic, and instead be filled with vendors & food trucks! Bring the whole family to this all-ages event!
A popular attraction is sure to be the Top Down Brewing Company's Beer Garden! The beer is sure to be cold & delicious, as Top Down Brewing Company was voted as one of the top breweries in Pierce County. Other delicious adult beverages will also be available, including from Half Lion Brewing and Shiloh Estates Winery.
While the adults are relaxing in the Beer Garden, send the kids over to the games tent for some good old fashion fun! Throughout the Downtown area there will be outdoor games, to aid in the feel of the block party atmosphere. Games to include Yard Pong, giant Jenga, Corn Hole, Lader Toss, and a life sized Connect Four. How fun is that?!
The most delicious section of the event is sure to be the Food Truck Rally! Food Trucks in attendance will include, but not be limited to:
