The data is officially in from NWMLS on the housing stats for Pierce County WA for the month of January. In order to give our clients an accurate view of the housing market, I thought it would be helpful to do a comparison of the stats from January 2023 versus January 2024.
As you can despite lots of scare tactics in the media, there really isn't much difference between the two. The numbers of new listings, pending sales, and closed sales are all fairly close to one another. However a great piece of news is that the median home price WENT UP! We always like to see this!
